Refund policy

As all personalised items are custom-made specifically for you, orders are non-refundable once the design has been approved and production has begun.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or there has been an error on our part, we will gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order, along with clear photos of the issue, so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Spelling or design errors approved by the customer
  • Slight colour variations caused by screen or monitor settings
  • Change-of-mind purchases
  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement where applicable.
