What if I want to use a physical photo?
If you have a printed photo, we recommend scanning it using the 'Photomyne App' which creates high-quality scans using your phone and offers a free restoration service as well. Once scanned and saved, you can upload the image when placing your order. If not you’re more than welcome to use your phone camera, making sure your lens is clean and no glares on the image.
What happens if my image is low quality?
If your image is low resolution or not suitable for the product you've chosen, we'll let you know before the product is made. We'll check the quality, advise on the best size or product, and if possible make improvements and enhancements.
If the image still won't produce a good result, we'll recommend an alternative option or ask for a different photo so you're happy with the final result.
Please keep in mind that the larger the print or product, the larger the pixels become, which can make the result appear blurry or pixelated.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Yes! Changes are possible as long as your order hasn't entered production. Please contact us as soon as possible with the details you'd like to update. Once production has started, changes may not be possible for personalised items. But we'll always do our best to help where we can.
Do you offer refunds or replacements on personalised items?
Because personalised items are made specifically for you, they are non refundable once approved and produced. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part, we will happily offer a replacement at no extra cost. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.
